Epson R2400 Replacement Ink

Has anyone here used other ink cartridges or ink supply's? The cost for a full replacement is over $100.00 and I would like to try another way if it will save money in the long run.
Thanks

I used some units made in the UK. Pure junk. Waste of time and money.

When I had my Epson 2200, I used re-fillable ink carts and MIS Inks.
Getting the color profiles right took some doing and in the end, had some profiles made for the papers I was using most. Probably saved quite a bit of $$$

Now with the R2400, I got lazy and just use the Epson cart's.
