Talking

My new toy. Loaded with XP2 and hoping the rain holds off a bit so I can shoot it this afternoon.
Makes my coffee cup look tiny!

Thanks. I love the 50's cameras. Many are little works of art.

Some nice glass...
Shot with a Rolleiflex 2.8E at about f/8, Ilford Delta 100 Pro, souped in Rodinal (Adonal, officially). Scanned with Epson 4490, cropped of course.

Big glass by Argenticien, on Flickr

This is from my very first test roll with Rodinal. I bought it to use with Efke/Adox 25 and 50 ASA film, only to learn while the Rodinal was in the post that those films are dying. So I suddenly cannot rashly use up some of my last remaining small stash of such film on tests; hence the Delta 100. Also in this test roll, I got only 4 of 12 frames as the shutter began sticking on the Rolleiflex. I knew anyway that it needed repair, but apparently more acutely than I had thought...

p.s. Dept. of "If you have to ask..." -- NO! I have not put ice in Guinness!! This is an iced Americano borrowing the Guinness glass.
