The last camera I bought is Contax 645, and I am quite amazed at how good it is, what's more, with an adapter I can shoot all my Hassy V and F lenses and focus wide open even when using smaller f stops. Similarly, I have bought Pentax 645N with the pentax adapter for P67 lenses = this is a somewhat cheaper rig, but the pictures are great the same.

I bought a really nice Polaroid Colorpack II last week. Ran through one pack of Fuji FP3000 already, and currently have three more FP100C packs on order.

But the coolest thing: new artwork for home! I came across these great retro design posters on Etsy.com, featuring the Land Camera 1000 (I also have one of those). It's a 50x70cm poster. They also have an SX70 one and can even do custom colors. Now I just need to find a place to hang it...

Not the cameras or cases, just the film - 40 rolls of 35mm tri-x, 12 rolls in 120, 12 rolls of 120 Acros, got 4 rolls of the portra 400 120 left, 5 rolls of portra 800 and 160 in 120 too. Oh, and four rolls of Kodak Gold 200 but I'm almost done with one. The 120 stuff should last a while, it's a different experience for me. The 35mm stuff should last 4 months if I'm shooting at full speed but it'll probably slow down once it gets consistently sunnier outside and I have to choose between getting an ND filter or 40 rolls of Acros.

Well, it has stopped with my DSLR/SLR gear. No new lenses for quite a while.
But since I got the M8, it all started again.

Five a Second. Chicago's Bell & Howell Co. (cameras) announced that it would put on sale this fall the world's most expensive still camera. Its "Foton" will take five 35-mm. pictures a second, sell for $700. Bell & Howell, which has found that "families of both low and high incomes now spend over $550" for movie equipment, hopes to sell 20,000 Fotons a year.

The T2 with Hexanon 28/3.5 arrived yesterday. Needs a cleanup and the meter doesn't seem to be operative, and the grip on the lens slips. But it has a proper multiple exposure switch; I will probably send the kit to Greg Weber for a spa treatment.

My rule has always been to buy only and never sell anything but I was able to sell enough stuff (that I was not using) here at the classifieds to purchase this 50 Summilux

So big thanks to all that purchased from me and to RFF for making this possible. Now the only question is, should I keep selling and go back and get the black paint M4 he had?

Pentax K100D body, listed as faulty on ebay as it didn't fire when a lens was attached but fired with no lens attached, works a treat with my old K lenses and for £30 a bargain!
