Bizarre marketing tactic.

Hey, it's in Vancouver B.C.

I'll personally deliver any low-ball offer you might wish to make.

Yep, just what ya need for a spare body. Toss it in the bottom of the bag and go. By the way, Vancover BC house prices are nuts. 128K probably wouldn't get the land.

I wonder if the SN# hidden under the loading scheme plate is identical to the top-plate number ...

Maybe enough land for a garden shed. If that.

In certain photos it appears that the top has been repainted. And there is a bit of wear on the paint by the loading door that apparently got missed when the job was done. Other than the leather chips missing, it looks to be in great shape, but I doubt it is an original set like it is advertised. Most likely a replacement Leicavit. But I'm no expert, so that is all surmising.

Tax alone in Canada is $16,640 and can't believe he wouldn't offer free s/h on a $128,000 sale.

Internals show more wear than the exterior. Also, the paint on the body is inconsistant with the paint on the leicavit. Is that fish I smell?

The new HK style waterfront condos are reasonable, unless you are from Canada.

There seems to be far more paint on the top plate than Leica would would have applied (possibly with some softening of the sharp edges of the body as well), and with the chips and wear on the main body this is an outright fake or a badly restored camera.

I wonder how much he would sell the purse for????
Definitely a repaint. Probably someone who lost his retirement funds and is trying to compensate.

His feedback shows that people who buy his sales have more realistic prices in mind... well, mostly :P
