This should be fun: Fomapan 100 @ 1600

I accidentally shot a roll of Fomapan 100 at 1600 last night at a soccer match. Now I'm trying to figure out how to develop it. Since I normally do a 60 min semi-stand using 4ml for a 2 stop push, I'm thinking of using 6-7ml and letting it stand for a full 120 mins with 1 inversion every 30 mins.

I doubt anyone here has done this, but if by chance you have....I'd love to hear how you tackled it and how it turned out. I only have D76 and Rodinal so it's going to be one or the other.

I was able to salvage a few shots, but it didn't turn out very well, which was to be expected. I ended up going with Rodinal 1:50 for 45mins with 1 inversion every 5 mins.

Last shot is certainly not too bad. Pretty impressive for 100 that isn't know for it's pushability like Tri X

I'm a big Fomapan fan anyway, but this is amazing. Not bad at all for a four-stop push!

Very nice.

I like the grain.

Images really look like film capture.

Good job!

Thanks guys! I was hopeful, but not very optimistic about how this would turn out. I can't complain about the results, but it's not something I would try again. Arista Premum 400/Tri-X at 1600 is what I had in mind. I think I'll stick to that. It is good know that the Fomapan can be pushed in a pinch.
