I just bought a nice M2 which will have a 35mm attached and an M3 for a 50. I still have my M7 and MP so the total is 4 film M cameras and one M8.2 which doesn't get used very often. - Jim

I have cut back..
M3
M2
Hexar RF (not sure that counts)
I recently sold my other M3 to help pay for a Summilux 35mm. Still saving the pennies for a digital M.

Does the CLE counts as a M camera? It has the mount...

It certainly counts as an "M-compatible". For this thread, though, the original question was for Leica M bodies, which appears to set two criteria: Leica and M-mount.

I crawled back to M8.2 after parting with my 1st one so I now have
M8.2, MP and M2.
And I have a CL. It's Leitz, but not a Leica, I guess? Back then, company name was Leitz and the product name was Leica (Leitz's Camera) right? I don't know if the CL counts as M mount Leica, with Minolta been the Japanese biological mom.

I voted 4.
m2 bp
m6ttl millenium
m4-p
m8.2
I am really struggling how to get down to 2 or even just 3. I need to sell, but can't decide if I should keep the m8.2 and m4-p or the m8.2 and the 2 moree collectible cameras 'cus they are so much cooler. I either go the "user/beater" route, or the black paint route.

M4 and M2.
I picked up the M2 while my M4 was having some work done. I tried an M3 briefly but realized quickly that I'm hooked on 35mm lenses.
