Got a Fuji GA645Zi from KEH. Light leaks and grinding zoom sound; sent it back, got an immediate replacement, so far working just fine. I'd send it back and request a) a refund; or b) a replacement.

The good, the bad and the ugly..... marvelously light; less weight than my G2 w/ a 45mm lens and GD-2 data back. Really like the pop-up flash. Loading/unloading is a breeze. Really innocuous...
