My kit looks like this:

CV 15mm
21mm Zeiss (f2.8 version)
35 Summicron
50 Elmar

The 21 zeiss (31.5mm equiv on FF) is on my camera 90% of the time. The CV 15mm is probably the next most used at 8%...

I bought a 21mm/2.8 ZM second hand. It started-off fine, but has developed the wobble. At first, it was simply the rear retaining ring that needed to be tightened, but it would constantly come loose...

21mm/2.8 ZM isn't the problem as uhoh7 suggested, then. The camera is the problem. I use the 21mm on the Ricoh GXR M and it is sharp as a knife in the corners...that goes the same for when I'm...

OVFs, EVFs, etc

When I first bought the GXR I was concerned about the lack of OVF or built-in EVF. I'm a Leica M shooter and I thought it was going to be difficult. After shooting with the GXR with EVF for a week, I...

So, I received a reply from CRISCAM. Apparently the circuit board in the VF-2 was going bad. The estimated cost to fix it is $55 + shipping. Wait time was quoted at 4-5 weeks (I'm guessing because of...

I bought the VC 21mm finder for my 21mm Zeiss ZM and had the same problem that you are having (same angle of tilt and about the same amount of tilt). It was very frustrating when I got back 25 rolls...

VF-2 colorcast issue

Anyone else have trouble with their VF-2 when it is moved towards the vertical position? My VF-2 was fine, but a couple weeks ago, a very annoying magenta cast started appearing in the EVF when I...

So after 5 minutes of intense blowing with the Giottos, I blew the piece of dirt off, but not before it left a trail of residue....What was a tiny spot of dirt is now a 3mm trail across the sensor....

I used a Giottos blower on it and it's still there, I can actually see the chunk of dirt. The reason I'm a little concerned is that it'll require buying a sensor cleaning kit, I think, and physically...

Adorama is shipping!

Just a head's up, it looks like Adorama has started shipping their batch. I checked my status earlier today and it was pending, and then re-checked after lunch and it was changed to "shipped".
