Can't answer for the X100s but the GXR a12 mount is for Leica M lenses so manual focus. The a12 50/2.5 is aps-c also, if you wanted auto focus capability. Nice thing about the Ricoh is in auto focus...

The shutter speed dial really makes it for me. Its the only M I've used but the ability to change speed easily while at the eye is nice. DAG did a battery conversion so batteries aren't a problem...
