I think we all got a bit of cabin fever.

Keith- I noticed you got the "F6 fever" during the shooting period. I should have sent you mine as a loaner, maybe I could have enticed you to sneak a roll of Ektar through it

It was the Ektar I tell ya! It wasn't my fault! If I coulda gotten Ektar in 120, I would've stuck to the one camera/lens. But Calumet wanted $12.50 to ship 5 rolls of it. What's a guy supposed to do?

Anyone who sends me an F6 at the moment will never see it again ... I've got bad gas for one of them!

I have not notice a 14 day challenge gallery for this challenge. I found one were there are older pictures from December and January.

I'll PM Stephen tomorrow and ask him to create a new gallery in the next day or so. I noticed there were a few people who said they had to send film off for processing etc so I though I'd give everyone plenty of leeway this time around!

I was ready to take my computer apart thinking that yesterdays software up grade has created an over active filter as some images are not loading!

I´m out. This time I couldn´t stand the challenge. I used other cameras in the 14 days. So good luck to all with stronger self control.

See. I'm not the only one who was weak.

I'm out as well.
I have misunderstood the point about the sole cam for a period as a sole cam for a competition.

I think that if you play around with other cameras/lenses during the two weeks you're not too far off from the spirit of this project, as long as you only post shots from one camera/lens, especially if you always used that one combo with this project in mind. I guess I'd root for more people being involved than not, so I'm using a loose interpretation...

I wish it had been that loose, it was an absolute bear to use only one camera and lens (especially, in my case, a film camera). It was tough as I never have problems with using just a RF but using a film SLR was very rough (for me).

Oh well, that is why they called it a "Challenge" ;-)

Fun experience.

Is this gallery up and I just missed it or has yet to materialize in all it's 1's & 0's glory?

Glad the gallery got up. I was a bit disappointed in myself this time around. I shot two rolls of film last time, and only one this time.

I repeatedly get the "exceeded daily limit" notice upon attempting to upload 3 pics under 200k each to this events' gallery, haven't uploaded in some time. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Gene

For anyone who's dragging the chain a bit don't fret ... I'l give the gallery at least two to three weeks before doing the count up!

There's already some great images in there!

A Suggestion....

It's great to see so many people participating in the competition, both through posting terrific images and viewing/commenting as well. Quite a success I think.

May I suggest that in the future submissions be anonymous, with only the organizer knowing what was taken by a particular individual. I have done this before and it can really help to keep any personal bias (or relative personal popularity) out of the evaluations, with only the photos being judged.

Anyway, great stuff everyone!!!

I was able to shoot exactly five frames ... no, not five rolls ... 5 FRAMES. Nevertheless, I was determined to upload something, even if it had to be the frame numbers. (hmmm. Come to think of it, that would have been more interesting )

AnywayS - upload 'em guys n' dolls! There's some pretty good stuff in there already ... watchin' to see more! (and if anyone has a more boring shot than mine, I wanna see it!)

I used colour neg (because I 'never' use that) in a Smena 8M (because I 'never' use that) and have now discovered that every shot is striped

All I can say is there was no light-leak when I last used it, but that was nearly a year ago I think, so - lesson learned. My apologies.

EDIT: I have just realised that previously I used it in it's case, but this time I removed it. Dohhh
