Wow, Tony! On behalf of a lot of people... that's quite a nice offer!

Would you take trades?

Sorry... I still have a kitchen refacing job to pay for. But I've kept an eye on your summilux offerings!

That is a good price for a demo MP. I paid $2000 for a similar one back when new ones with US Passport were selling for "only" $2450!

Thanks, Joe! The thought crossed my mind... and then stayed!

Gotta get some work done, though...

In the meanwhile, let's bump this offer!

Sounds like a pretty good deal. I got mine about 6 or so months ago (a black 0.85) from Tamarkin in mint condition for about $2300.

I just wonder how a DEMO is classified as having never been used? I thought a DEMO was just that: a camera that people look at, fondle and fire off a few times at the store's counter, no?

I think demo is as you say, handled in the shop but it is "new" in that it has not had a film through it.

Aarggh!

Actually, I think the MP looks better in chrome; although, this is awfully stealthy looking.

Glad to hear someone snatched this one... at last!

And thanks for letting us know, Tony. I'm sure you've never had faster sales!
