Erik, how are you scanning your prints?

I have an Epson V600. I scan prints at 600 dpi. The prints and the glass of the scanner must be carefully cleaned from dust.

I see, that is a quality flatbed scanner and a decent value for scanning prints, documents etc. I actually used to own an EPSON V600 (GT-X820 in Japan) that I bought for scanning film, but it just didnít quite cut it for that purpose. But your print scans look great!

Thank you! The biggest problem is to keep the dust out of the machine.
This account only contains prints on Adox MCC 110 scanned with an Epson V600:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/erik_van_straten/

I agree that for scanning negatives the V600 is not perfect; I do not like the tonality of the resulting scans. That is why I started making splitgrade prints.

Nikkormat FTn, Nikkor H Auto 50mm f/2, TriX, printed on Adox MCC 110.

Erik.
