Abandoned Tug
Anacortes, WA

This negative had some scratches in the sky area and I thought blowing up the grain and giving it a sepia tone rather fit the image...comments welcome.

Nice shot!
That's the "Enchantress". She sat on the bottom for 7 years before it was finally hauled off. I've been in the wheelhouse at low tide. Pretty trippy.

That's amazing. The hole area around the doc was like a scene from a post apocalypse movie. I missed a yer and the next time I was there is was fenced off and being "renovated".

Yikes, the page took a few minutes to load, and now scrolls off the window.

Fairly recently I broke down on the road from the ferry to Broadford. Amazingly I was able to get a mobile signal to phone the RAC. The problem was that the road is unclassified - it's not even a B road. Trying to explain to someone in England where I was proved to be problematic. After waiting for ages I got a call from the mechanic asking whereabouts I was in Breakish! Close but no cigar.

I really like this image a lot - very nice capture!

It looks like the film was processed in a fairly dilute solution of D-76. Am I correct? Can you give some details in that regard?

It might be old school in an increasingly digital world, but I am a huge fan of grain.

She is stiff and fast also. We have surprised many sailors as we start to catch them on any point of sail besides close hauled. A big surprise when they realize that our wind vane is steering!

With the right breeze and a little luck... a Herreshoff FIS 31 from the '20's giving the slip to the entire (modern) class:
