No ... just no!!!!!
At the end of the day it's a tool. I still use the phone's camera as if it were another ordinary one. Used to be very convenient to sync its backup whenever it had wifi connectivity, but it seemed to work with some flaws so I changed to just plugging into the USB.

Instagram has many possibilities, I do not post but am engaged in film photography community and it is an interesting medium to connect on.

And wait, there's Snapchat, where pics are sent and disappear within 24h. Didn't get into that train and despite being in mid 20s I feel old for it.

All of the above is now part of the cyberpunk corporation, Facebook.

I haven't used Woodward Camera for probably 10 years. I live in Northern Michigan and, since my parents passed, rarely journey downstate. They did top-notch lab work when I did use them.

I think I'm getting towards the point where I'm happy enough with the iPhone to ditch a whole swathe of my camera collection.

A medium format camera for when I want to slow down and enjoy the 'craft'. iPhone for everything else.
iPhone also for planning shots with the medium format, helps me stop wasting film.

It can converge towards that, I have what now is called ancient iPhone 6 which has always been a great snapshot tool.

Shooting Medium format and B&W for craft. I have a m43 which I use with a nice f2.8 tele, and covers up a nice portrait to far away range. But, as I pointed out earlier, it's a depreciated rig gotten cheap. Quite satisfied.
