new camera, first roll

I received an Industar lens from Joe for my new Canon VI last Thursday, so I decided to take it out for coffee at our local coffeehouse that evening. Here is a photo from that first roll. I'm pleased with the results.

As wide open as f2.8 gets. Shutter speed was 1/30 sec (I originally reported it was 1/60, but looking at the negs I can see where I switched speeds.) I can see the usefulness of a faster lens.

Thanks Joe!
Music, pics, and coffee! (Only need a little something to spice up that brew!)

Hey Frank; do you still have this lens? There is something about it that I like.

the photos are nice and all, but the border really intrudes into them.
