I'm pretty fond of this one because it captures Tom Abrahamsson's character.

best to date...

Here's my best portrait since starting to shoot w/ RF (Canon P, 50/1.8) in late June. My cousins daughter, first time fishing. Scanned from 8x10 print, split sepia/selenium toners.

...and yes, she did catch a fish.

Not exactly my favourite but is one of the most loved because was the first b/w rf portrait i've ever shot. I took it with an Voig. Vitoret Dr. Maybe because the camera hasn't been used since long time maybe i uncorrectly loaded the film but when i went to rewind the film partially jammed scratching the photos ...

I guess it would be one of these:

Canon P with J-12 35mm

Contax IIa with Sonnar 50mm f1.5

Graphic 4x5

My two favorites are both Rollei photos (sorry):

But this is a rangefinder (Leica M3). I'm not sure it counts as a real portrait since there is an extraneous guy in the photo:

Can someone tell me how to put the photo in the thread directly as opposed to a thumbnail that's then clicked??

Thanks

My favorite

My little gir, out playing in the leaves.

I took both film and digital. Like the look of the digital better as it was a fixed-lens rangefinder.

Here's a recent one (last week) with the M8 and 50/1.2 Noctilux (just to prove that I'm still shooting them :-). I'm enjoying this combo in B&W.
