Voigtlander E lenses on Sony cameras

I'm struggling to google this information about the native Sony (non-Leica) Voigtlander lenses, does anyone know? Am I correct in the following statements:
  • You focus at wide open aperture, the lens automatically stops down when the shutter is clicked
  • Shutter priority is not available
  • Focus shift could be a problem, depending on the lens formula
  • Aperture info goes into the EXIF

Thanks for any info/insight.
