Newbie on the prowl w/ Zeiss Donata 9x12...

Thanks for the replies to my previous post inquiring about the "sane-ness" of shooting with a c. 1930 Zeiss "Donata" 9x12 plate camera....


I was fortunate to run across a Rada 120 roll-film back and have shot with it on two separate occasions this weekend: one outing was shooting a children's chorus, indoors with a symphony orchestra,,, the second outing was this morning, trying to catch a steam excursion as it came bursting out of a tunnel... weather was cloudy & cold; a good day for steam.

I was shooting Fuji-color 160 in both cases; I can't wait to get the pics back...


I've had this camera for over 25 years, and this is the first time I've actually been able to take some pictures with it !!! :D

(Gosh I hope they turn-out... :rolleyes: )


Now if I can just find some Zeiss or Recomar film -holders !
