Three Pentax 645 images.

All in all, I use my Pentax 645 the most of any camera, film or digital. The Yashica Mat is second most-used, mainly for local images.

The Pentax 645 and usually the 30mm Arsat, 55mm Pentax-A, and 150mm Pentax-A are always in my pack, whether on a long cross-country trip or a short local trip. The weight is actually about equal to a NikonF3 camera with several lenses.

The biggest benefit for me is the capacity to provide fine enlargements up into the 20x24 size with the medium format slides. And it allows me to fill up my home-office walls with image distractions!

The black and white image is a scanned 125PX transparency from the folks at DR5. Hopefully it doesn't look to blocked-up here.

I love my RB67. I used my 90mm lens and PX125.

I haven't posted anything in this thread lately but it's amazing to see that it's still moving right along and now well over 500 posts!

BUT ... I have a newsflash and it's a biggy! I have the new Bessa Folder 667 in my hot little hands at the moment and will have possesion of it for around two weeks before it moves on to it's next Australian destination. I haven't had a chance to use it yet as I only picked it up yesterday but it's very very nice!

$3200.00 AUD nice ... I'm not so sure?

This will be fun! :D

Still don't have a lens for the Hassleblad yet though! :p

I like these Keith - obviously capable of very sharp performance.

The really tragic thing about having this Bessa 667 at the moment is the total lack I've time I'm getting to use it due to really intense work commitments. I've only got it a few more days and I've managed to put two rolls of film through it so far! :bang:

I took it to work with me at a part time job I do on Fridays and took some snaps but this sort of thing really doesn't do this camera justice ... I need a whole day where I can go into the city or somewhere interesting for the day and let it rip and use those two rolls of Portra that came with the deal from the lab that is working in with Mainline for this project. The drama with my Dad hasn't helped much either ... life is a little upside down at the moment!

One thing that has become very apparent to me very is how incredibly usable this camera is ... the ergonomics are superb and you can have the camera unfolded and ready to shoot in a second or two when carrying it. The shutter makes about the same amount of noise as a bird flying through the room and the hand holdability at slow shutter speeds is phenominal. The AE is also remarkably accurate!

And as said by a few ... the rangefinder/viewfinder is probably the best I have experienced and that includes my Ikon!

2 with my Mamiya 6, 75mm lens, Kodak Portra 160NC. It's fall in Portland, yet its still green here in the NorthWest.

In hands I hold my love yet once again. At least in relation to cameras that is. Here are some shots after getting myself a Mamiya 7ii with 80mm lens.
