Trick question .... ?

Some amateur taxidermist fitted a cat's head on backwards?

Maybe the cat has just noticed the vignetting in the upper right hand corner of the image?

 :D

after being photographed hundreds of times, your cat has become a prima donna and has refused to pose for you??? he doesn't like it when you use the RD-1 instead of the M8, considering the Japanese camera to be beneath his dignity when he knows you've got more expensive gear? or, what keith said about his head having been installed backwards by a ... no, wait, I can't repeat that one as it might not amuse ampguy, who is clearly a cat lover. um, I give up.

ted, your cat is looking away in embarrassment because your friends on RFF have fallen for a silly trick you're playing on us???

I do know that this is a film scan ... and likely from Ted's Hexar AF.

Exif data says Noritsu ... that's a start I guess!

You didn't actually take this photo .... the moggy did it using the self timer?

OK, what about on this one, from the same roll?

your landscaper ran off with a customer's wife and hasn't been around to aerate your lawn recently? your cat has taken up badminton?

Here's another from the same roll. If you're still missing it, you probably should schedule an eye dr. visit ;)

The negative has data imprinted on it bottom right that says it was exposed on 24th Jan 2010 ... considering you were on assignment on Alpha Centauri at the time it confirms my suspicion that the cat has indeed mastered the use of the self timer ... and tripod!

can I spot anything interesting here? as much as I do need to see an ophthalmologist soon (see my photos or the signature to my posts if you harbor any doubts about the absence of anything resembling 20/20 here), I think I also need to get my head examined for signs of dementia. it's now two minutes past one a.m. and I'm still playing along with this rather than getting some much-needed sleep. I really do give up.

my vet would tell you that both those cats need less food and more exercise. since I largely ignore that same advice from my own doctor, I can't blame your cats for being non-compliant.
