Hey, I searched the forum and couldn't find this topic anywhere else; does anyone know of any 3rd party lenses for Micro 4/3 other than the Noctilux?

Whoops, meant the Noktor.

Well yeah, basically anything in M mount works great with an adapter on Micro 4/3. Some lenses don't, but in principle, if there's an adapter for it, it will be just fine.

You may need to refine your question a bit...

Almost any interchangeable lens made for a 35mm film camera will work on m4/3. As long as an adapter for that lensmount exists, most lenses in that lensmount can be used. We could even broaden that to medium format and micro format (half-frame, 110, Super 8, etc).

Most lenses made for Canon, Contax, EOS, Leica, M42, Maxxum, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus and Pentax-K 35mm SLRs (the most common brands) will work on m4/3. There may be adapters for the less-common SLR mounts as well: Alpa, Exakta, Miranda, Topcon, etc? Most lenses in Leica threadmount or Leica m-mount, or adaptable to Leica mount, will work.

So most everything on the planet will work. Are you looking for something more specific? Are you asking about other ultrafast 50mm lenses like the Noctilux? Other Leica rf lenses? Something else?

Your question is confusing.

To take your question literally, the answer is: NO. There are NO 3rd party lenses FOR Micro 4/3, including the Noctilux. These lenses are all FOR their original OEM camera body/format. (In the case of the Noctilux, it's intended FOR the Leica M-mount camera format.)

However, because of the u-4/3 format's short lens flange-to-focal plane distance, almost any of these interchangeable lenses, originally intended FOR other formats, CAN BE adapted to u4/3 using the approriate adapter.
