This is a Japanese seller's note for G1+45 auction on ebay::::

If you want to get a 'new' or 'like new' condition CAMERA&LENZ, please don't bid.judge it from a publication photograph and cannot do it. The buyer please do not bid it. Cannot understand nervous temperament, used goods.The buyer please do not Bit it. It's impossible to explain every details of condition, if you are sensitive, strictly and concern about
condition, I suggest you to purchase directly from retail store. item, reduce the price, please refrain from the negotiations.
The evaluation of condition is by seller's own decision and it's personal judgement.

I think it's just some long winded thing to say that the body has scratches etc...

Probably sounded better in Japanese.
