Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked countless times, but I'm not finding what I need. I just don't have the time to scan any more, so I'm looking for a lab in the US that can process and give good proof scans at good prices. For logistics reasons I'd like to have a single source that scans at the time of processing. If they were in the east, so much the better, but this is not a requirement. My goal is to get under $20/roll including shipping. Any recommendations?
Also, do any of you have experience with the volume scan labs like ScanCafe, etc.? Are they really capable? Thanks!

I love Samy's, they're $5 a roll for E-6. They're in the west, but I'm in the East and it takes 2/3 days priority mail. For more important rolls, I UPS both ways.
I do not have them scan my negatives or slides, I do it myself overnight on my Coolscan 4000 one roll at a clip.

Thanks. Never thought about Samy's, I'll check them out. How about North Coast Photographic Servcies in Carlsbad?

That's the outfit that Ken Rockwell raves about, I've never used them since for develop only, Samy's is cheaper and they do a better job than my local lab and don't charge extra for push/pull.
