Aquapac Anyone?

I'm looking for something storm proof or waterproof.

I had one years ago. I put my P/S camera in it and took it to the swimming pool. It worked for a 1 year, but eventually started to leak in year 2. Also the picture quality was degraded because you have to shoot through the plastic material.
