Xpan and Widelux Scanns

Hi, Mr. Whitecat,

I'm new to the whole XPAN thang, but I think an important public service announcement like that would be welcome.

Digital Pro Lab in San Antonio does them. You have to make sure to tell them they are panoramic. They have a special mask they use. I think they call it FPS. They do onsite C41 and send their E6 and BW out for processing before scanning.

But what kind of scanners do these places have available?

Aker Imaging in Houston has an Imacon and can scan XPan, 6X9,6X12,6X17, but not Widelux---at least not yet. They can develop everything.
