I have three kinds of lenses and cameras, contax mounts, leica screw mounts and M mounts.
I would like to use my contax lenses on both my Bessa-R and my Leica M and Epson R-D1
Does anyone know if it's possible to snap a standard leica/voigtlander M mount adapter onto an amadeo contax to LTM adapter and still be able to focus properly?
I have asked Amadeo before but I never got a reply.

Yes, it can be used to mount, say, a Zeiss Sonnar lens on a Leica M that way. When using an Amedeo Contax-LTM adapter, the lens effectively will be like any other LTM lens.Then, use the LTM-M adapter.
