Are this 2 identical *bay postings a scam ?

Hard to say for sure, but it sure looks like it. It's easy to steal someone's pictures from an auction, have had that happen to me. Ebay does a lousy job of policing that stuff.

Buyer beware.

Glancing at the other items for sale, quite a number of the items seem common to both sellers, so it might be the company has for some reason registered two separate ebay accounts in different locations. Either way, seems odd.

I've seen this seller before. He has more than 1 account so it is not a scam but he is violating eBay rules by posting the same item twice..

Yes, the seller is selling the same item at two different accounts. Some sellers do this so they can keep selling if an account is temporarily suspended, which eBay sometimes does arbitrarily, and without warning. This can be pretty bad if you rely on your eBay sales for income.

I was selling an old Canon concave lens, and eBay restricted my account because I didn't use their catalog. Of course, there are 2 versions of this lens, and two more non-concave versions, and their catalog item didn't show my item. It took several telephone calls to get the problem solved, but even when they admit that the listing is fine, you can never tell ho long it will be until they remove the restriction or suspension.

It appears to me that one may have been posted on the US ebay and the other was posted on an ebay site outside of the US. Then, the US site is picking up the info from the non us ebay site because the seller will ship to the US. That is why one is in US dollars and the other is in euros. Maybe not as sleazy as it appears.
