any small super wide cameras? Of various prices and focusing types: scale focus, AF, etc. I'm thinking around the 21mm focal length.

The ones that I can think of are:
Ricoh GR21 (21mm)
Fuji Natura (24mm)
Lomo LC Wide (17mm)

I'm just curious, really.

Fuji Silvi (ZoomDate) F2.8 (24mm)
Superheads/ Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim (22mm)
Barnack style RF/ Bessa L with Voigtländer SW Heliar (15mm)

With some luck you can get a disposable camera to reload:

Agfa LeBox Panorama or Konica WaiWai, both with 17mm lenses.

I think superwide starts from 21mm so I treat my Silvi as wide.

WaiWai is what I thought about. But then any superwide is rather scale focus :) just not all are as compact as I'd like.

How about the Contarex with the non-exchangeable Hologon lens (the exact name escapes me at the moment)?

Not small but a great 6x9 with shifts: Plaubel 69W Proshift. The 47/5.6 Super Augulon is a 21mm equiv.

I have a Fotoman 69 with 47/5.6 Super Angulon, it's a killer camera, but obviously a little on the large side. I think for 35mm I'd get a 15mm or 21mm VC lens and any old body to mount it on. It does not need a range finder, so Ikon SW, M1, Bessa L etc. would do just fine.

Perhaps the Pentax PC-3000? 25mm and auto focus. Not really super wide, but pretty wide none-the-less. One my favorite thrift store finds.

Ricoh R-1 has the "panorama" 24mm lens, but is easily hacked to full-frame with some vignetting in the corners. I was trying to sell mine but can't quite do it-- something about the color rendition just won't let me.

Isn't there a tiny Vivitar Wide P&S?
Also, the Natura Black 35mm camera has an awesome Fuji 24mm 1.8 lens.

Try to get a Voigtländer UltraWide Heliar 12/5,6; available for Nikon RF & F2, Leica M and M39 Thread (i thhink). Ya cant get any wider:D.
