The sauce is traditionally made with bitter green oranges now so very seldom available. Served with duck, this is the start of the making for Christmas dinner 2012.

Thank you Maggie, no it's Walgreens 400 film. Rebadged Fuji Superia I think. I have a few rolls of Ektar but I'm holding off til spring when we have more daylight. Mostly I'm going through my older long expired color film.
 
It looks good! I have Ektar on my mind this week. I found my 1979 Olympus XA compact 35mm camera in my camera bag the other day and finally developed the film, which was a roll of Ektar, revealing an archive of images that goes back to January of 2011.
