Show Your Scale Focus Beauties!

Minox B on Minox Tripod

I made this photo while on my trip to Illinois to check out the Lancia Fulvia Coupé that I ended up buying. It is a late series Minox B, with the honeycomb meter cell, that my buddy Don gave me early in 2021. It is practically brand new, he received it "new in the box" just a year or so before and had never used it. Which means it's about the same age as the 1967 Lancia Fulvia Coupé that I bought.

Scale focus from 7 inches to infinity, with parallax correcting viewfinder frame lines, and depth of field indication for the Complan 15mm f/3.5 lens (always wide open).

Beautiful things persist through time... :)

AKA Akarette with 5cm f/2 Xenon ....no that is not a rangefinder but an alternative viewfinder for a 75mm

Zeiss-Ikon Contina-matic III w/Pantar 45mm f/2.8

Meter works. I had Radu at 3R Camera do a CLA a few years back. Camera is very smooth.

Does anyone know what that ridged button to the right of the viewfinder does? I have seen them on several of my Zeiss cameras but cannot find a reference to it's function. Thanks.

Gives access to adjust the rangefinder. A plug of sorts.
