Description:

Hi RFF,

Back again to sell more cameras that I purchased to review on my website www.johanniels.com/en. These have all been inspected, tested and often shot so condition is described in detail. I'm selling them to help fund the website and reviews. You're welcome to bookmark my sales for regular updates, I regularly list interesting and unusual cameras.

Finally added, thanks for your patience, Canon FD negative duplicating rig

Please see the photos I included with the ad for the completeness and condition of this excellent macro setup that you can use to digitally re-shoot your negatives!

Nowadays, I shoot so few frames in 135 that it's just easier to scan them to a digital contact sheet on the flatbed scanner and subsequently scan single frames on my Imacon, so this rig goes unused and that's a shame!

There is a single bracket missing from the set (I compiled this kit with multiple internet purchases) but I simply substituted that with a piece of wood. A metal bracket would have been more sturdy (the whole rig is very tight!) but this works just fine.

All parts shown are included:

  • The Canon bellows,
  • the roll film stage,
  • the locking cable release,
  • the Sony E-mount adapter,
  • and also the 50mm 3.5 macro lens with
  • the appropriate ring to hook the front of the lens up to the smaller bellows! That ring is pretty hard to find online since hardly any seller can describe it for what it is...

Asking EUR 175 (I paid more than that when compiling this) and shipping. This one might be a bit heavier and more expensive to send so please mail me for a quote?

Zeiss Ikon Super Ikonta M rangefinder 6x6 camera

This Zeiss Ikonta M (type 524/16) is in excellent condition. It has an uncoupled rangefinder, the view through rangefinder and viewfinder windows is very clear. All shutter speeds are accurate, the shutter cocks and releases as intended. The bellows are in excellent condition, film wind is decisive and smooth. The Novar Anastigmat 75mm 3.5 on this lens is beautifully coated, free from debris, scratches or fungus. Don't be fooled by the lowly reputation of this lens, it's really an excellent performer!

It comes with its leather case (not shown, original strap is missing but you can fit your own since the case has rings). Asking EUR 119.

Shipping in EU is EUR 14 (I'll pay for anything more and eat PayPal fees too), and tracked worldwide shipping is EUR 24 (same conditions). Will not ship to untracked destinations so ask me if you're in doubt, please? PayPal is [email protected]

Fujica ST801 SLR with EBC Fujinon 135mm 3.5

This Fujica ST801 has a 1/2000th top speed, DOF preview and open aperture focusing. The viewfinder has a few specks but those are seen in most Fujicas nowadays, these cameras are past their 40th birthday. It's totally useful to work with or I would not be selling it. The LEDs in the viewfinder are bright and decisive. The lightmeter is accurate. Oddly, the 1/8th shutter speed sticks consistently while all others are accurate...?

The lens mount has paint missing from setting the camera down.

The EBC Fujinon 135mm 3.5 is very clean and focuses smoothly. Aperture is snappy. Battery not included when shipping. Asking EUR 79.

Fujica ST605 SLR with Domiplan 50mm 2.8 and case

The smallest SLR kit I can think of. The ST605 is the smallest SLR when it comes to dimensions, just a fraction less wide than the Pentax MX although it is taller. The Domiplan is the smallest 50mm lens I can think off too.

This camera with a 1/700th top speed is really excellent and looks hardly used. The lens has had a lot more use and it shows, but glass is clean and the preset aperture is smooth. Focus is a bit stiff but not too much so.

Comes with as-new leather case that also fits the ST801 with a standard lens. Asking EUR 59 for the lovely ST605 with the Domiplan, it's a steal!

$$$$SOLD Canon AE-1 SLR with Universar 28mm 2.8 or Canon FD 50mm 1.8

The Canons are on the rise in internet sales and so I had to test one. This camera was in sufficiently nice condition to buy it and shoot it. It works just fine, is very reliable and has no squeaking shutter. Somebody has tried to pry the battery cover open the hard way (those Canon shooters weren't very knowledgable about their cameras back in the day I reckon) and has snapped the usual corner off the battery door. It closes and latches as intended though. No battery included when shipping.

STILL AVAILABLE: The Universar 20mm 2.8 is a single coated lens that is actually very nice for filming with a mirrorless Sony or Fujifilm! It is completely clean and a rarity since it is in brushed anodized aluminium. Asking EUR 29.

Alternatively when you don't want a wide angle but a standard Canon FD 50mm 1.8, I'm asking EUR 59 for the set.

Need to add to this ad, a Canon FD bellows with Canon FD 55mm 3.5 macro lens and Sony A7 adapter. Very usable to re-shoot your film negatives with.
Forgot to add it, sorry. It'll be listed tomorrow with images and a price.
