Canon LTM Any opinions out there on the Canon 100mm f2 lens?

Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
I took the Canon 100mm f2 mounted on the M9 out for a shoot today.
This is a challenging lens to use, but delivers impressive image quality, and really nice subject isolation.

All at F2, minor exposure and WB adjustments in PS

The 100 f2 has been on my list for years. I would use it with my M3 & Sony A7 III. I have the 85mm F/2 Serenar which has worked well for me since 1981ish so I have never pulled the trigger on a 100mm f/2. I still might get one and just use it with the Sony A7 III.

Wow the shots are amazing.
Is the 10 cm f3.5 in the same league? I just stumbled upon one in need of a clean right in my budget range...
Thanks for any experience.
Alex

I have never had a 2/100 to shoot, but I absolutely love the performance of my 3.5/100. It punches way above its weight.

Sonnar Brian Those are some nice looking examples of what this great lens is capable of.

Below is a recent shot with the Canon 100/2. This lens seems to tame the M9's tendency to blow reds. The more I use the Canon 100/2 the more I love it.
