Your are right Sebastian, at least Canon should have optimised the lens for their bodies.
On the other hand, an optic designer can not always anticipate in which direction sensor technologie might go. Sensor glas and microlens can change CA as seen in your photos. What is interesting here is that the old FD lens doesn't have any CA here and a good resolution, which is at least as good as for the 2.8/100 lens but seems have a much lower contrast.
