Does anyone have any explanation why I cannot fire the shutter on my X-Pro2 with a Fotodiox lens mount adapter advertised by B&H as accommodating MC and MD lenses? I'm using a 50mm Minolta MC macro lens. I returned a another adapter advertised for MD lenses with which I also was unable to fire the shutter even with a cable release. Memory card is not full and battery is fully charged. Thanks.

Got my answer from a member of the FujiX Forum. Had to toggle "shoot without lens" in the user menu.
