The adjustable diopter is the big win of the XP2 for me. I wear progressive lenses and I have to be careful to hit the sweet spot of my glasses when using the XP1.
A plus for the XP1 is full frame lines for the 16mm focal length. XP2 only goes to 18mm focal length with full frame lines. I think the XP3 only goes to 23mm. Fuji seems to be downgrading the OVF in these cameras with each successive edition. I don't like that.

Yeah, the XP3 lost the dual magnification OVF of the XP1 and XP2. In exchange it got a little bit higher magnification EVF that was also OLED and higher resolution. Some liked that tradeoff, some didn't.
One thing the XP1 does that later Fuji's lost was autoDR would select between DR100, DR200 and DR400. Later cameras only went between DR100 and DR200.
