My Last Darkroom, Ever

That is just stunning. Mid 30s here, I hope one day I can have a setup like that. Be sure to follow the posts up and post some prints here!
 
Simply beautiful! I too am jealous. I'm sure you will enjoy working there.

IMO there could be no better use for a basement, and no time is better spent than in the wet darkroom.

In college I framed out a purpose-built darkroom in my parents basement.
Now I am resigned to forever labor in a temporary bathroom darkroom...

That DR is a work of art. I use our galley laundry room with the only alteration being a thin plywood over the washer to extend the surface area. My DR is dry.
 
Very nice! I can see why you’re proud of it.

I’m lucky, my dad was into photography and had a darkroom since my first memories. I loved watching him print and without a doubt had a big influence on my becoming a photographer.

I used my dads or had my own darkroom since I ran my first roll of film 65 years ago.

Make some great prints now.
