I cleaned my Konica IIIA with the Seikosha MXL shutter and the 48/2. Shutter works great now. Unfortunately, one of the aperture blades is missing one of its pins (the outer one). So, the aperture doesn't work. I think it would be really hard to fashion a new pin fr this blade. It is tiny.

Any chance that anyone here has a parts Konica with a spare aperture blade?

These are such nice cameras. I'd like to get this one into active use again.
If not, any ideas about how to salvage this ?

Thanks,

My suggestion would be search for details of all 35mm cameras fitted with the Seikosha MXL. You don't necessarily need a dead IIIA. The cheapest available parts camera with the same shutter should be fine. Welcome to Rangefinder Forum.

You could try Jeff Guthrie from Japan Vintage Camera. He has a store on Etsy you could contact him through. He might be willing to sell you such a part. In essence all you need is the lens anyway.
