Remove Voigtlander Color-Lanthar and mount on SONY E-mount?

Has anybody ever removed a Voigtlander Color-Lanthar (50mm f/2.8) lens, e.g. from a Vito or Vitoret camera, and adapted it to Sony E-mount?
I found a video on YouTube (linked below) which seems to show this, however with no further information.
I would appreciate any input!
