I just purchased two Seagate Backup Plus Portable 4TB USB3.0 drives (Model STHP4000404) to use for offsite backup of my photos and documents.
The box and the Seagate website state that purchase includes TWO months of Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan membership. One HD box states redeem by Jan 31 2020, the other Jan 31 2021. Both were purchased this month.
In order to claim the redemption you need to register the drives using the "Start Here" link that is included on the hard drive. Registration requires entering only your name and email address.
I'm on the monthly Adobe CC plan (11.29USD).
After each redemption my CC plan next payment date was extended by FOUR months, not two, and next payment is now due eight months later in Oct 2021.
Since I was already committed to paying the monthly Adobe CC plan the extra eight months of credit covers cost of one of the hard drives.
Food for thought for those who are Adobe CC subscribers and are planning their backup strategy.
