W/NW: Cambodia

There’s actually quite a bit of development going on and many high-rise condo/apartment/shopping/office space completed or in-process - with a lot of work and labor opportunities.

I’ve never met a more friendlier and warm generous people.

It’s a beautiful culture.

@Rayt I’m not sure. This is the first time I went and been to this area. It seems to be a weekend type of place for food and drink and celebration: also boat tours. We had lunch in a large pre-fab hut with tables, fans, and hammocks. Very lazy, relaxed, easy-going type atmosphere. We went during the week so there weren’t too many people here.

What was cool was there was a man across the way - singing Khmer songs and playing drums. The music filled the air and created a very nice atmosphere.
