We see a lot of pictures shot with wide angle canon lenses yet despite the stellar reputation of the Canon 135mm f3.5 we seldom see photos taken with that lens. How about showing some of your shots using whatever rangefinder camera you have?

So here is my take on the Canon LTM 135mm f3.5.
We had a family walk in the zoo Hellabrunn (Munich, Germany)
Its just a couple minutes by Tram or car.

I like the lens for its compactness. Its really sharp and fits in my collection of vintage Canon LTM glass. I also have the 35mm f2, the 50mm 1.4 and the 50mm 1.2.
I'm using them on a Sony A7RIII with a helicoid adapter.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I just picked this lens up and was hoping to use it on an upcoming trip to capture some wildlife, but the alignment is off when mounted on my Canon VT. I noticed there is a small tab inside the barrel with a simple screw affixed. Has anyone adjusted this and know if this would solve my problem?

Thanks,

Mine had alignment issues also. Once I confirmed that my camera was properly calibrated for infinity with a known good lens, I was able to tweak the Canon 135/3.5 LTM back into calibration by bending the rangefinder cam "finger" toward the lens barrel. This helped to fix the "back focus" by essentially elongating the focus cam. Based on my internet research, apparently this is a common issue as those "fingers" can easily be bent out of calibration at some point in the long life of the lens. It was an easy fix that did not require any disassembly at all.
