The Industar 26 / 61 Gallery

Yet for some reason I never even consider using it. Thanks for the reminder.

Bessa R3A - Industar 61 - Fomapan 400 - Rodinal

Maybe because it looks ugly..

The valve-ish focus ring is just too close to camera body. It gets better when focusing with gloves though. Sadly 61 is the only FSU M39 lens with click stops.

I-61 zebra with APX100 in Rodinal. I'm pretty sure this was f/8. The Flickr link has a 1920px version.

It is a bit of an ugly duckling! And my '62 chrome Jupiter-8 looks a lot nicer, for the same money. Would be nice to have the click stops on it though.

I need to take the Industar apart and give it a CLA. The focus has got way too stiff to be useable now. But having had the Jupiter-8 apart and given it a full overhaul I can't see myself getting round to the Industar any time soon.

Neat idea, Ko.Fe! Thanks for posting.

The I-61 is a great lens, but the focus ring is a little close to the camera body for easy use. This might just be the answer. :)
