It was available in English (non author associated copy), but then removed by Google after his family request. The rest is torrent, if you know what I mean.
Good luck to get it what is in the book. btw. Original edit is terrible. Illustrators and text are dozens of pages apart. Those who are using it, have two books.
One is with illustration page open, another with matching text page.

I have a copy of the English translation. Kostya is right that the illustrations and the relevant text aren't necessarily near to each other. But it's still an impressive piece of work, and quite well illustrated and fluently translated into English.
