W/NW Pictures with Jupiter 3

Thank you Tony. Actually I shot both pictures handheld, and honestly at that time I hadn't planned to make it a pano. But once I saw these pictures near each other on my computer I saw the pictures worked much better as a panorama. However since I did them handheld I lost some of the pictures when they were stiched together:
Rarely see film panos but this is sweet scenery with good color balance. Picture seems perfect as it is or to me pic is nicely focused.

The Jupiter-3 is an amazing lens, with surprising qualities. Compared to the Zeiss Jena Sonnar 50/1,5 the J/3 closes up to 22, instead of early Sonnars (f/8) and later ones (f/11) and this is a great help when taking pictures in daylight, especially with modern, faster films. As seen in the posted pictures though, this lens gives its best in low light situations.

My J-3 is from 1960, with Kiev/Contax mount. Bought back in 1989 (in Venice, from a Russian tourist).

I am always surprised by how sharp this lens can be under the right light.

These are from expired roll of Superia 400.

Why is this thread so empty? No one else shooting those fabulous Sonnars?
