This thread is off to a strong start. Sadly, I have no contribution for lack of suitable cameras, but I will follow with interest (and GAS).

Cool examples folks. I like the gentle Portra 400 colours! I did not fully realize I was going to start but now I am looking up those camera models Hope to see more.

Nice images Shawn. The Kraken seems like a nice affordable pano solution. What do you do for viewfinders?

Thanks, full disclosure I make the Krakens.
For a viewfinder it depends upon which one I am using. For the 90mm 617 I use either a Fuji VF-X21 with an internal baffle removed and an external mask I made...
or one of these...
I made versions of that finder for 90,135, 150 and 200mm so far. I tend to prefer the second finder just for being life sized.
With the 65mm 612 I use a modified version of Graham's original finder or the VF-X21 using the 21mm lines for width and the 28mm lines for height.
On 612s with Kodak Monitor lenses (101 and 127mm Anastigmat Specials) I reuse their finder and it works pretty well (esp. for the 616 camera) and is very compact.
For my 617 65mm I made an adapter to reuse the finder off a dead Noblex.

I like all those colours and scenes in Georgia. Lived in Atlanta, a good while ago for a couple years. Did not have the photography bug back then, unfortunately.
