This is very unfortunate and I am sorry that you are being mistreated by ebay (certainly) and the buyer (probably). I am not sure that releasing his personal info in this forum is helpful in any way, doxxing is a serious problem and who knows, the buyer might come around after all. So maybe just remove his contact info...
