Go small

Go small

I agree with all of the posters who said to go small. I always kept a small camera in a plastic bag in a hip pouch. Not being an expert skier, I would ski down and then have my kids ski by me. Never tried to take any shots while backcountry skiing as Imwas too afraid of injury.

Thanks, my father is long gone. He always had equipment with light leaks, and very little sense of composition. But every once in a while he would hit.

Really? I think this one

looks absolutely iconic. Insane composition if one likes that kind of thing. Like something from a Leni Riefenstahl movie maybe (I've only seen some stills), or an ad for expensive liquor, or these funny black pants :D
