I really like the bit of akwardness that comes across. I think its due to the position of the hands, the out-of-place sign, and the harsh flash. It all makes an uncomfortable feeling, yet her stare is very direct. I enjoy it a lot! If you finished the photo a little cleaner I think it would elevate the effect more, ie, the dust spots and tweak the tones a bit.

It reminded me of a Diane Arbus photo I saw at a museum.. Arbus photo here! A whole different era of course.

Ah yes, I've spent many evenings behind those doors! I like this one with the truck best. It contrasts such a static scene nicely. There's such great things to shoot downtown.. keep at it! (except the federal buildings near 9th and Locust.. they don't like that!)

Oh yes, I love this place. Last time I was there I wasn't a photographer though. I need to go back!

Sensual and very subtle. I really like it! The soft curves work very well. It could definitely use some TLC for the dust and sizing. Giving it the attention you have to the rest of your images would improve this immensely. It's that last 10% that makes or breaks an image! I really enjoy your gallery.

Very nice scene! It almost looks like pencil shading. The look fits the subject nicely.

It took me a second to realize what I was looking at, but it's very nice! I love the clouds and the contrasting tiles.
