Any sources for after market coverings for the R-D1 family of cameras?

My rubbery grip is a bit loose on the upper right front of the camera already and it seems like this is a common condition.

Are there any aftermarket covering places that have kits for R-D1s and it's variants?

I don't know how cameraleather.com is currently, but they have (or he has) supported R-D1 in the past. It's a super easy covering job, too.
