Washington DC Chemical Disposal?

Hi everyone,

Where do SF residents take their spent Fixer and other chemicals? I have a gallon of fixer and the 3 spent bottles from a C41 kit (dev, blix, stabilizer).

anyone know if it's bad to combine blix, tetenal, and stabilizer in one container? I dont want to give them my light proof bottles. i can always buy some plastic bottles at teh store and drink the water.. :)
